HBS Group · Careers
Two practices,
one floor, one standard.
HBS runs a RERA-licensed brokerage and a corporate services practice from the same office in Business Bay. We hire people who can hold a client conversation in more than one language and finish what they start.
Working here
Small enough that your work is visible.
HBS is not a large agency, and that is the point of working here. A broker sees the whole transaction rather than a slice of it, and a consultant on the corporate side follows a client from the structure conversation through to the bank meeting and the first filings. Nobody hands a file over a wall.
It also means the standard is visible. Clients are usually spending a significant part of their savings or moving their business to another country, and they are doing it in a second language. The people who do well here are the ones who explain the awkward parts early rather than the ones who close fastest.
We are open to applications year-round, including from people already in Dubai on their own visa and from people who would be relocating. Tell us what you have actually closed or handled, not what you are enthusiastic about.
Where people sit
Three groups, and a fair amount of movement between the first two.
Real Estate
Brokerage across resale, leasing and off-plan, plus property management. RERA broker card required, or obtained in your first weeks. Community knowledge counts more than a script.
Corporate Services
Company formation, licensing, residence visas, accounting and tax filings. Suits people from company secretarial, audit, or a formation agency who want the whole file rather than one step.
Administration and support
Client administration, document control and compliance, marketing, and office management. The roles that decide whether everything else runs on time.
What we offer, plainly
Residence visa
Sponsored by the company, with the medical, Emirates ID and renewals handled in-house by the team that does it for clients.
A real desk
A full floor in U-Bora Tower in Business Bay, with the whole group in one place rather than split across serviced offices.
Licensing paid
RERA training and broker card costs covered for brokers, and professional subscriptions on the corporate side.
Commission that is written down
Structures are set out before you start, not adjusted after a good quarter.
Languages used
French, English and Arabic are all working languages here, not a line on the careers page.
Room to move
People have moved from administration to brokerage and from brokerage to corporate. If you want that, say so at interview.
How hiring runs
Application
CV and a short note on what you have handled. No cover letter template required; three honest paragraphs are better.
First call
Thirty minutes on your experience and what you are looking for. We tell you the commission structure and the visa position at this stage.
In the office
Meet the practice head and the team you would sit with. For brokers, expect to talk through a real deal you closed.
Offer and paperwork
Written offer, then the visa process starts. We tell you the realistic timeline rather than the best case.
FAQ
Questions candidates ask
Do I need a RERA broker card before applying?
Do you sponsor residence visas?
Do I need to speak French?
Are commissions guaranteed or purely variable?
Do you take applications when nothing is advertised?
Apply
Send the CV and three honest paragraphs.
Tell us which practice you are aiming at, what you have actually handled, and whether you are in the UAE already. We read everything and reply either way.
Attach your CV to the e-mail rather than the form. We keep applications on file for twelve months and do not share them outside HBS.
