The founder, Said Lachgar, arrived in Dubai in the early 2000s and kept meeting the same problem. A client would buy an apartment through one agency, incorporate through a second, chase a visa through a third and find an accountant in the fourth week, and each one would be missing what the other knew. The purchase would be structured wrongly for the tax position. The licence would carry the wrong activity for the bank.
HBS was built to remove those gaps. One group holds a brokerage registered with RERA under ORN 1774 and a licensed corporate services and accounting practice, and they sit on the same floor. Your adviser can walk twenty metres and get the answer rather than referring you onward.
That is the whole ambition: not to be the largest firm in Dubai, but the one where a client explains their situation once and it stays understood, for as long as they stay.
