The HBS group
HBS stands for Home & Business Solutions: the two things a newcomer to Dubai needs first.
The group was founded by Said Lachgar, who still runs it. It grew from one observation: the people buying property in Dubai were the same people forming companies, and nobody served both needs at one address.
HBS Real Estate is a brokerage registered with RERA, the regulator of the Dubai Land Department, under ORN 1774. HBS Corporate Services, operated by Home & Business Solutions FZE, is a licensed corporate services and accounting practice. Both work from Office 102, U-Bora Tower, Business Bay.
More than 50 professionals work across the two practices: property advisers, corporate advisers, accountants and tax specialists. Clients come from Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, and are followed in English, French or Arabic.
